SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

I created the first-ever social media planning calendar for the Memorial Art Gallery that mapped out content months, in some cases a year, in advance, tracked organic and paid social media performance through Sprout Social and Meta, and directed content planning based on trends and research, which increased impressions 88%, engagement 52%, link clicks 203%, and audience growth 52% in 2021 across platforms.

As the lead for branding, planning, managing, copywriting, copyediting, and content creation for the Memorial Art Gallery's social media, I led the charge for new engagement strategies when the museum closed its doors for six months during the COVID-19 pandemic, which rebranded the museum’s digital presence and connected new audiences.
